By accessing and using SoroNow, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SoroNow Software Technologies (operator of the SoroNow product). Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use our services, and you confirm this at signup
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use SoroNow according to your plan. Free plan use is for personal, non-commercial purposes. Paid plans allow commercial use of outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and third-party AI provider terms. You may not: reverse engineer the platform; scrape or overload the service; remove proprietary notices; or use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Platform software, branding, and UI remain owned by SoroNow AI. Plans include monthly credits and usage limits (including Free image caps); fair-use and anti-abuse limits may apply.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your information updated.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

You may not use our services: for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

• Illegal activities: Prohibited use for any illegal purpose
• Harmful content: No harassment, abuse, or harmful content
• Security threats: No viruses, malware, or security exploits
• Spam: No unsolicited messages or spam
• Fraud: No fraudulent or deceptive practices

We strive to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services. We are not liable for loss resulting from interruptions, modifications, or discontinuations. Self-serve paid billing is coming soon; until then, published prices describe planned paid tiers.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of SoroNow Software Technologies (or its licensors) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. User-uploaded content remains subject to the rights of its owners. Copyright complaints and designated-agent contact details are published on our DMCA page.

In no event shall SoroNow AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoroNow AI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoroNow AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
