What actually changes

Free does not include Career Agent or Research Agent. Those two agents, in beta, are on Pro Lite and Pro Plus.

AI usage

Each plan spends its own monthly balance. Unused credits do not roll over, and the balance resets at the start of the next UTC month. Short-term rate limits and the Terms fair-use rule still apply.

  • Chat and toolsOne catalog on every plan. A paid plan does not open a separate tool list.
  • DocumentsReading length is not a plan difference. Chat reads about 3,000 words of one file. Document Analyzer reads about 5,000 words.
  • Uploads50 MB per file on every plan. Some tools accept less.
  • ExportsTXT, PDF, and DOCX for most writing, and CSV for calendars. The Career Agent pack PDF follows the agent, so it is on Pro Lite and Pro Plus.

Credits

What a credit is

Each plan spends credits from its own monthly balance: 500 on Free, 10,000 on Pro Lite, and 30,000 on Pro Plus. A standard chat is 3 credits, so the month is not a fixed number of prompts. Images and long documents spend more. At zero, that action waits until the next UTC month. Unused credits do not roll over. Signing out does not reset the balance.

Premium-model chat is 12 credits when that path runs. After you sign in, the balance is on the billing page.

Before you pay

The questions that change a decision

Can I use SoroNow for free?
Yes. Create an account and you are on Free. No card is required. Start free.
Can I buy a paid plan in the app?
Not yet. Email info@soronow.com and ask for Pro Lite or Pro Plus. The request does not charge you.
What happens at the credit limit?
The action stops until the next UTC month. Unused credits do not roll over, and signing out does not reset the balance.
What if I never start a paid plan?
Stay on Free, or delete the account from Settings. To end a paid arrangement, email info@soronow.com. Saved files keep the expiry they were given.
Are refunds automatic?
No. Eligible paid purchases can be reviewed by email within 30 days. That is not a money-back guarantee. Read the refund policy.
Can I use Free for client work?
The Terms limit Free to personal, non-commercial use. Paid plans allow commercial use of outputs you generate, subject to the Terms. Read the terms.
