SoroNow Software Technologies is committed to making SoroNow usable for more people. This page explains our approach, known limitations, and how to report barriers.

Inclusive by design — honest about gaps
We improve accessibility continuously. We do not overstate certification we have not completed.
Commitment
We design SoroNow so more people can use it — including keyboard, screen-reader, and high-contrast needs — and we keep improving barriers as we find them.
Standard we aim for
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical design target. We have not published a third-party conformance audit or certification for the whole product.
Known gaps
Complex AI workspaces, charts, media tools, and some third-party widgets (for example CAPTCHA) may still be harder to use with assistive tech.

Practices
What we work on
These are product practices we invest in — not a guarantee that every screen meets every success criterion today.
Keyboard use
Core navigation and many controls are reachable by keyboard. We work to keep focus visible and avoid keyboard traps on primary flows.
Structure & labels
We use semantic headings, landmarks, and accessible names on icon-only actions where we have implemented them. We continue expanding coverage across tools.
Theme & contrast
Light and dark themes are available. We aim for readable contrast on primary text and controls; report screens that fail in your environment.
Responsive layout
Layouts adapt across common desktop and mobile viewports so content can be resized with browser zoom without requiring horizontal scroll on main pages.
Limitations
Areas that may still be difficult
Transparency helps you plan workarounds and helps us prioritize fixes.
- AI-generated images and media may not include meaningful alternative text unless you provide it when saving or sharing.
- Interactive charts, canvases, and some studio/media tools may offer limited screen-reader detail compared with text documents.
- Third-party components (authentication CAPTCHA, analytics when consented, hosting widgets) follow their own accessibility practices.
- New features may ship before every assistive-tech path is polished; we treat reports as a priority backlog input.

FAQ
Accessibility questions
Is SoroNow WCAG certified?
No. We aim toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA in our product work, but we do not claim a formal third-party audit or certification for the entire site or every tool.
Which browsers and assistive technologies do you support?
We build and test primarily against current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Screen-reader support focuses on common combinations (for example VoiceOver and NVDA) on major flows. Behavior can vary by OS and AT version.
How do I report an accessibility barrier?
Email info@soronow.com with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. A pre-filled template is available on this page.
Do you support reduced motion?
Where we control animation, we try to respect system reduced-motion preferences. Some third-party or decorative motion may still appear; tell us if a specific animation causes issues.
Can I request an alternate format?
For policy pages and similar static content, email us and we will work with you on a reasonable alternative (for example a clearer text extract) when feasible.
