I cannot sign in

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page if you still have the email. If you are locked out, email info@soronow.com from any address and include the account email. That is the public path. You do not need to be signed in.

What happens when credits run out?

On Free, a metered action stops until the next UTC month. Unused credits do not roll over. A standard chat is 3 credits. Pro Lite and Pro Plus publish 10,000 and 30,000 credits, and the wallet meters Free today.

Can I buy or cancel in the app?

No. Self-serve checkout is not live. Request Pro Lite or Pro Plus from the Pricing page. That opens an email and does not charge a card. There is no in-app cancel.

Are refunds automatic?

No. An eligible paid purchase can be reviewed by email within 30 days. That is not a guarantee. Free has nothing to refund. The full rules are on the Refund Policy.

How long are files kept?

My Files are kept 30 days on Free, 90 on Pro Lite, and 180 on Pro Plus, then they are eligible for cleanup. Uploads are 50 MB per file. Some tools accept less.

A tool failed

Retry once. If it still fails, email info@soronow.com with the tool name, the time, and what you expected. There is no published response-time promise.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Settings when you are signed in. For an access or export request, email info@soronow.com. The Privacy Policy is the full description.

Do I have agents, video, or an API?

Career Agent and Research Agent are in beta on Pro Lite and Pro Plus. Free does not include agents. Video, voice, and a public API are not in the product. Business Agent is not available.
